Shipping

At Ama Soul, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely, beautifully packaged, and as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands using trusted delivery partners.

Delivery Partners

  • Netherlands & Belgium: DHL eCommerce

  • Germany: DHL Paket

  • Rest of the EU & United Kingdom: DHL Paket International

All shipments include tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey from our door to yours.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 12:00 (CET) are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 (CET) are processed the following morning.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 working days

  • Germany, France, Luxembourg: approx. 2 working days

  • Most of the EU: 2–4 working days

  • Remote areas (e.g. Greece, Baltics, Balkans): 4–5 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Shipping Rates (Guide, up to 2 kg)

  • Netherlands: from €6.19

  • Belgium & Germany: €7.50–€7.90

  • France & Luxembourg: €9–€11

  • United Kingdom: €9.25

  • Italy & Spain: €11–€14

  • Scandinavia: €13–€15

  • Rest of the EU: from €20

Shipping rates for heavier parcels are automatically calculated at checkout.

Additional Information

  • All packaging is eco-friendly and plastic-free, in line with our commitment to responsible production.

  • We currently ship to all EU countries, the UK, Norway, and Switzerland.

  • Any import duties or taxes applicable outside the EU are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

We want you to love your Ama Soul products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

Please email info@ama-soul.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and send you a return label along with full instructions.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be sent back within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund via the original payment method.

Please note:

  • The cost of return shipping equals the outbound shipping fee plus €4.25 to cover handling.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.
