Processing Times
Orders placed before 12:00 (CET) are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 (CET) are processed the following morning.

Netherlands and Belgium: 1–2 working days
Germany, France, Luxembourg: around 2 working days
Most of the EU: 2–4 working days
Remote areas such as Greece, the Baltics, or the Balkans: 4–5 working days

To request a return, email info@ama-soul.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive a return label and instructions.

The cost of a return equals the outbound shipping tariff plus a €4.25 surcharge.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and inspected
