Article 1 – Purpose and Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) govern online sales of Ama Soul skincare products (“Products”) through the website www.amasoul.com (“Website”).

The seller is Ama Soul, registered at Hoevedreef 4, 5298 NS Liempde, The Netherlands.

By placing an order, you agree to these GTC. The applicable version is the one published on the Website at the time of order. A PDF copy is also emailed to you with your order confirmation.

Article 2 – Conditions of Sale
Products are for personal use only, not for resale.

You confirm you are of legal age to purchase. Minors must have consent from a legal representative.

Article 3 – Products and Availability
Product information is provided on the Website.

Minor differences in colour or texture may occur due to screen display.

Products are subject to stock availability. If unavailable after order confirmation, you will be notified and refunded.

Article 4 – Ordering Process
To place an order, add products to your cart, enter your email and delivery details, select a payment method, and confirm and pay via our secure platform. You will then receive a confirmation email.

Any order modification requires prior approval.

Orders may be refused for valid reasons such as payment disputes or suspected resale.

Article 5 – Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in Euros, including taxes and delivery costs.

Payment is due at checkout.

Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and others where applicable.

All payments are encrypted and secure.

Article 6 – Delivery
A shipping confirmation will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Orders are sent to the delivery address provided at checkout.

We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Upon delivery, you must check product condition and notify us of any damage within three days.

Article 7 – Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 15 days.

Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Return costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

Article 8 – Exchange Policy
Defective or damaged items will be replaced.

Proof of defect is required to process an exchange.

Article 9 – Refund Policy
Refunds are approved once returned products are inspected.

Refunds are made via the original payment method within seven days.

Article 10 – Force Majeure
Ama Soul is not liable for non-performance due to events outside our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or legal restrictions.
